Furnished large room in Streatham - Short Term Let

Fully furnished double bedroom available in a lovely Victorian house conversion that feels much more like a home than a flat. Split over 3 levels, the room is on its own floor, giving you plenty of privacy and space. It’s also the biggest room in the apartment and comes fully furnished.

The location couldn’t be better — just a 5-minute walk to Streatham station, with M&S and Aldi only 4 minutes away, plus Tesco Extra within 6 minutes. Everything you need is right on your doorstep.

You’ll be living with me (Liv) and Jess — two friendly working professionals who enjoy the occasional pub night, watching a TV series together in the evenings, but also appreciate our own downtime. We both work mainly from the office and are looking for someone clean, tidy, sociable, and easy to live with.

Bills are approximately £100 pcm and include a weekly cleaner for all communal areas and bedrooms.

Please note this is a short-term let, as the tenancy runs until 1st October.
