THE HOME
This is a spacious, relaxed female household shared with me, my two 16-year-old daughters, who are both starting college, and one professional female lodger who is a trainee solicitor.
Weekdays tend to be focused on work and college, with relaxed weekends. We are friendly and sociable while respecting everyone’s privacy and downtime.
The house has a large shared kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. A weekly cleaner helps to keep the home clean, tidy and pleasant to live in.
We also have two friendly cats: Yuki, a sweet-natured Maine Coon, and Mimi, a Russian Blue.
LOCATION
The house is in SW16, with convenient connections to Streatham, Streatham Common, Streatham Hill and Tooting Bec. There are good local bus links, shops, cafés, restaurants, parks and green spaces nearby, with Tooting Bec Lido also within easy reach.
WHO WOULD SUIT THE HOME
We are looking for one considerate and tidy professional woman who would appreciate a peaceful, welcoming home and the additional privacy of her own ensuite and in-room facilities.
Single occupancy only; no couples.
A longer-term arrangement is preferred, although some flexibility may be possible for the right person.
