The room offers an independent weekday base in London. You come and go through your own entrance, without needing to use any shared indoor spaces.

Four minutes’ walk from Streatham Common station, with direct trains to London Victoria and London Bridge in around 20 minutes. Streatham station is also within walking distance, with direct trains to St Pancras taking 30 mins . Cafés, shops and a good local pub are nearby.

I’m an artist working in public art and teaching. I work from home some days and travel for work. My daughter stays with me part of the time. The house is calm and friendly, while the room itself is private.

This would suit a professional woman or research student who works in London during the week and wants a comfortable, reliable base without the noise or shared facilities of a houseshare.

£900 per calendar month, including bills. £900 deposit.
