Hi!
I'm moving out of my flat in Tooting, so we have a double room going in our lovely four-bed flat. I have loved living here and am only moving out to be closer to work. One of my housemates is taking over my current room, so you will be taking over his old room

🛌 The Room & Your Bathroom
It’s a large room that comfortably fits a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk.
It comes furnished with everything except the desk and chair (though we do have two spare desks in the house that you’re welcome to take if you want them)
You will have the main bathroom entirely to yourself, as the other three bedrooms all have en-suites

🏡 The Flat
We have a very large, open-plan kitchen with two fridges, two freezers, and plenty of storage space. There's a five-burner hob, so there are never any issues with multiple people cooking at once. This leads into a dining area and a comfortable lounge with a large TV.
There is an outdoor space located right off the lounge and includes a picnic table that is perfect for summer. The flat also has a spare room which we mostly use to dry washing, but it’s incredibly useful for extra storage and having friends over to stay.

📍 Location & Transport
Located on a peaceful, and super safe street with a great neighbourhood feel. A 2-minute walk from a lovely woodland area and 10 minutes from Tooting Common. 17-minute walk to Tooting Bec tube station, 12-minute walk to Streatham Common train station and a 2-minute walk to a bus stop. There is a Lime bike parking zone right outside the house.
Shops are a 2-min walk: Budgens/Nisa for groceries, a cute local coffee shop, and a popular brewery with a great outdoor area.

👫 About the Housemates
You’ll be living with three friendly, tidy professionals (30M, 27M, 26F). Hobbies across the flat include pub trips, running/gym, dancing, tennis, and board games.
Everyone is up for a chat and keen to do the odd flat thing together when our schedules align. We are looking for someone that will match this vibe and would like another female to keep the balance.
