It’s about 10 minutes to Tooting Bec by bus, or 20 minute walk for the northern line, roughly 10 minutes by bus to Streatham Railway Station. There is a small Sainsbury's nearby and lots of other shops/gyms/restaurants in Tooting Broadway as well as Tooting Market. The flat is also opposite Tooting Bec Lido and the common.
The flat is fully furnished with a shared living room, dining area and new kitchen with a dishwasher and washer-dryer. There is a shared bathroom with a bath/shower and parking available.
