We’re looking for a new female housemate to join our friendly, relaxed home from the end of August, as our current housemate is moving out.

The room is a bright and spacious double with high ceilings, two large windows and plenty of natural light. It comes furnished with:

* Double bed
* Double wardrobe
* Chest of drawers

Please note: The desk, storage units, mirrors and other furnishings shown in the photos belong to the current tenant and will be removed before move-in.

About the house

The house is clean, well maintained and has a lovely balance between being social and respecting each other’s space. It also has a spacious living room and a large shared bathroom with both a bath and separate shower.

You’ll be sharing with two female professionals.

We’re looking for a professional female aged around 27–35 who is clean, considerate and easy to live with. Someone who enjoys the occasional chat but also values everyone’s independence would be a great fit.

This is a long-term tenancy, so we’re ideally looking for someone who wants to make the house their home.

Rent: £747 per month
Bills: Approximately £160 per month
