House includes 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and large garden with a sitting room which is currently a work in progress and dining room.

You will be living with 3 females average age 23. Smoking allowed outside in the garden.

Well connected with multiple-frequent busses to Brixton (Victoria line), Central London, Clapham) including 24-hour connections

13 minute walk from Streatham Station, Aldi, Lidl, Tesco, Sainsburys as well as pubs and charity shops
