I'm looking for a new flatmate to take over the contract from my existing roommate.

The flat is a light, modern, Victorian 2nd floor conversion with an open-plan kitchen/ living room, bathroom and second toilet. The flat benefits from a very large garden with a deck. The property is based 10 minutes walk from Tulse Hill or West Norwood stations with direct access into London Bridge, Charing Cross, Victoria or Blackfriars.

West Norwood high street has a range of shops, restaurants and pubs, while Brixton is a short bus ride away. Streatham is also within walking distance.

I have lived in the property for a year now, and greatly enjoy the peaceful living space while being a short walk to so many things to do. The landlady is friendly and quick to respond.

I am 30 years old, and work as a civil servant. I'm looking for someone easy going and friendly, clean and respectful of shared spaces. I would like the flat to be our home, rather than just a space we live in.
