Looking for a third flatmate in Streatham 🏡

Hi! We’re two young professionals in our early 20s looking for someone to join our 3-bed flat! One of our flatmates is moving out, so her room will be available from 2 September.

The flat has good natural light and a homely feel, and is close to supermarkets, gyms, parks, and National Rail – just a 5-minute walk to Thameslink/Southern Railway. We’re looking for someone easy-going, clean, and ideally looking for somewhere longer-term. Bills aren't included but would be around ~£100 a month including council tax, water, gas, electricity, and Wi-Fi. The flat doesn’t have a separate living room, so the kitchen is our main shared space ☺️

The room is available from 2 September, and the new tenant will be subject to landlord/agent approval and referencing. The deposit amount is currently being confirmed with our agent and we’ll confirm this ASAP.
