Large double w ensuite bathroom on own floor!

I have a lovely, light and spacious 3rd floor double room with it's own ensuite bathroom (on it's own floor). With huge windows and a spot for reading and relaxing next to the balcony doors ( that open onto the garden side of the house) - it is a great room to work/relax in too. My room and bathroom are on the 2nd floor so you have quite a lot of privacy. My house is a spacious 3 story house with 4 bedrooms and only me here- so there is a lot of room!

I moved here just over 2 years ago and had my friends niece living on the top floor for the last 1.5 year - which was wonderful and introduced me to the idea of having a lodger. I really liked sharing my home and kitchen with someone and chatting after the days work or watching some shows together. The house has a very friendly and relaxing atmosphere- there is a nice kitchen/dining room area and a lovely room for TV, reading or listening to music - with a great record player if you like vinyl! I also have a lovely garden to have coffee or eat/chill.
I am pretty sporty (play a lot of tennis), bootcamps, yoga and also quite social so out a bit in the week. I also travel a huge amount for work so often not around meaning you will have the house to yourself!
