Cute double bedroom

We're looking for a young professional to join our lovely home in Streatham!

The room available is a double bedroom in our 3-bedroom house. The third bedroom is a box room that we use as a spare room, so if you'd like friends or family to come and stay, there's space for them too.

We've recently had the garden completely redone and can't wait to make the most of it this summer – it's the perfect spot for a morning coffee, an evening glass of wine or a weekend BBQ. The house also has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, massive fridge freezer and an air fryer, so it's ideal if you love cooking (which I certainly do!).

A little about us – Peter (34) is a sports fanatic and can happily spend hours talking about all things sport. I'm Sophia (30), travel-obsessed, love to cook and am usually in the middle of a Romantasy book that I'll almost certainly recommend to you! We're both sociable and enjoy a good natter, whether that's over dinner or while watching a great TV series. Completing the household is little Franklin (pictured), our Chihuahua, who loves walks, treats and making new friends.

We're looking for someone who is:

* Aged 25+

* Not working from home full-time (3 days a week max- I also work2 days a week from home)

* Looking to stay for 6 months or longer

* Friendly, tidy and enjoys living in a sociable but respectful home

Why Streatham?

Streatham has so much going for it. We're just an 11-minute walk from the station, with a bus stop directly opposite the house, making commuting into Central London really easy. There's a fantastic gym nearby, an amazing local pizzeria, a lovely pub and a Pilates studio all within walking distance. It's a vibrant area with plenty of green spaces, independent cafés and a real community feel.



£800 including bills (water, council tax, electricity and WiFi). We also have house and content insurance (I know - Super responsible 30 year old stuff)

Looking for someone to move in end of August start of September
