🌟Available now are the two lovely double bedrooms in my newly painted house in Streatham, 8 minutes walk from Streatham Common station. And 10 minutes from Lawn Tennis Association Streatham Vale Tennis Courts.

You will 95 % of the time have the house to yourselves.

Located on a very quiet crescent with no through traffic.

You can hear a pin drop as it is so quiet allowing you to have a quiet night's undisturbed sleep. Also helpful if you work a night shift and wish to sleep in the day.

Two very quiet friendly neighbours.

The large double bedrooms are both on the first floor and have just been decorated. One is significantly bigger.

The house is mostly empty as it was totally cleared for the painting. I have ordered brand new beds and new very comfortable mattresses. I can install a desk and other furniture as you wish. Please let me know if there is a preference for colour of curtains.

Bathroom with Shower to be shared between 2 people only.

Only 2 people ( 1 person per room ) will live at the house so there will be plenty of space for you to relax and work at home without any noise or disruption.

I am at the property for maximum 1 night a month. I am mostly away with my friend's elsewhere 95 % of the time.
