Double in quiet creative household w cats

About us:
We're two queer, poly, leftie, creative, silly weirdos, (not vegan), older in physical age (39 and 44) but not in spirit. We're mostly found co-creating shenanigans for parties and festivals outside of our paid jobs in Art Curation and Property Management. Our current flatmate(s) are moving back to New Zealand. We have two fluffy housemates who treat this place like a hotel and come in demanding food and scratches and then leave again.

The vibe:
We're all good friends and we eat together and cook meals together and are looking for a third person who wants to be part of our home. Home is our sanctuary and although we love a party, we go out to party, we like the occasional drink in moderation. We keep it tidy but it's a lived in house and there's occasional creative endeavours that sometimes take up space. We are a welcoming bunch to our homies' friends and partners and there's often a friend staying on the pull out sofabed. We're very much up for dinner party and salon parties. The community demographic is a lot of families in the street and a pretty quiet street given that it's really close to the bustle of Streatham High Road.

The room and home amenities:
Good sized double with reliable IKEA wardrobe and chest of drawers. Room is big enough for a small desk as well. Rent includes bills. There is a shared desk in the living room for occasional WFH.

Seeking: LGBTQ+ friendly cat admirer, (no extra cats sorry we have enough freeloaders already), ideally looking for someone chill, that likes silly nonsense and shenanigans, likes deep chats about life and wants to build a home with us. That said, we will consider short term lets and possibly couples.
