The house itself is located in a quiet street and has 5 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms across 3 floors, with a large open plan Kitchen, Living Room and Dining Room/Games Room that opens onto a Conservatory and Garden.
The house itself is a 12 min walk from Norbury Station, and 15 mins from both Streatham and Streatham Common stations. There are Bus stops at the end of the road.
Locally there is a big Sainsburys and a Lidl within walking distance, as well as Streatham Common.
We have offered and are just waiting for a fourth to join us in securing this gorgeous house.
About Us:
We are Nathan, Eliza and Coujoe, we are in our early 30s and are professionals who work together in the Media sector for UKTV. We’re a chatty bunch and enjoy going for drinks together, but also enjoys the comforts of home and chilled weekends. We are are looking for someone of similar interests and preferably a professional 26+. We are looking to move around the 5th of October so are hoping to meet someone quickly
