Balham has loads to offer - restaurants, pubs, wine bars, cafe's and a massive Waitrose and Sainsbury's. Walking distance to Clapham and Tooting and a bus from right outside gets you to Battersea park and Chelsea in no time!

The best bit!! 💕 You’d be living with two lovely girls in their late 20s/early 30s who work in journalism and marketing, both office-based. They’re super friendly, sociable and fun, and the flat has a really nice balance of being social but also having your own space. We’re looking for another girl of a similar age who is friendly, up for being social but also have your own life, and probably doesn't work entirely from home (there's not room for a desk in the bedroom unfortunately).

🏠 The landlord:
Our landlord is genuinely great - he lives just down the road, is really responsive and is always happy to help or provide anything we need.
