Lovely double room with bathroom in great area

I have a good-sized double room with it's own bathroom next door. It's in a 3 bed house but you'll just be sharing with just one so is a perfect peaceful space to come back to after a hard days work. There's off street parking, a large garden and a conservatory for relaxing.

In the sought-after Furzedown area it's equidistant between Tooting Bec tube and Streatham common train station with lots of busses close by. It's very near Tooting Bec common with tennis courts, fishing and a Lido. It's a fantastic area with nice local cafes, grocery shops, a bakery, a stone baked pizzeria and a bar with craft beers (closes at 10pm). The area has a very community, villagey feel.

About little me

I'm the owner but am used to sharing the place and am very friendly while also respecting personal space.
I play the drums in a couple of indie bands. I like to keep fit and eat well. That said, I still enjoy a drink and a night out when the occasion arises!

I'm looking for someone friendly, clean and considerate who wants a comfortable, relaxed home rather than just a room to rent.
