We have a spacious double bedroom to rent in a three bed house. There is a living room/dining space and massive garden. The house is very close to both Tooting and Streatham Common train stations and 15 min walk or a short bus ride to Tooting Broadway underground station. There are lost of shops and restaurants nearby.

We are 2 professional sharing the flat, both of us works full time. We are respectful of each other privacy.

We are looking for a friendly and tidy flat mate.

The room is fully furnished with a new double bed and mattress, large wardrobe, chests of drawers so there is plenty of storage space. The rent is inclusive of all bills.
