Looking for a professional, independent, mature & quiet female to share a non smoking house with landlord (Stefanie, who works as an Osteopath in her own clinic in Wimbledon) and another female flatmate .
Let's not forget Pumpkin, our 5 years old female ginger cat :-).

Ideally you would not be working from home more than 2 day a week.

A 3 Bedroom house with terrace and garden , modern kitchen, cosy lounge with TV (Netflix incl) and woodburner, and nice and bright dining area overlooking the garden.
Free parking in my street (Nimrod Road)

LOCATION
Tooting Broadway tube station is a 10/12 min walk and a 5 mins ride with regular buses (57, 127, 333) to the station. Tooting Railway station is a 8/10 mins walk from the house, with direct link to London Bridge, King's Cross, Wimbledon (6 mins away)
For those keen on running, playing tennis, attending outdoor Bootcamps sessions or swimming (in the famous Tooting Lido), Tooting Common is only a 5 mins walk away . For the others who favour the indoors activities , there are now plenty of gyms in Tooting to choose from.
