A new place to call home in 2 bed flat share

Hi hi,

My current housemate is moving in with their partner, and so I am looking for someone new to fill the other half of a 2-bed flat share.

The room is a nicely sized double bed room in a top floor Flat, with a built-in wardrobe and desk. The flat is fully furnished and has a shared open plan lounge and kitchen with dishwasher and a separate utility room with washing machine.

It is located perfectly between Tooting Bec tube station (a 5-minute walk) and Balham Train station (a 10-minute walk). Tesco Express and several nearby convenience stores within minutes, as well as gyms, restaurants and local pubs.

A bit about me. I am an Australian, living in London for 10 years now, working full time as an Executive Assistant, split between at home and in the office. I would like to think of the flat as somewhere nice to come home to at the end of the day. I am generally a happy social person, do all the usual things: enjoy a chat, a drink (or two), a good meal, a Netflix binge, a gig here and there, a bit of travel as well as respecting privacy and downtime.

I am looking for a professional male or female. Someone who is easygoing and happy to socialize with and have a laugh with.

Room is available 11th Sept but negotiable earlier.
Rent is £1005.81 per month excluding bills (we add £140 per month into a flat bills account which covers everything including stocking up on communal cleaning products/loo roll etc).
