We have 1 great room available in our fantastic 6 bed house, in Colliers Wood.

We are a social, LGBTQ+ friendly house, who are excited to be looking for a potential new housemate!
We are a really friendly, chill house who enjoy socialising and spending time together. After work we often end up hanging out together in the living room chatting, watching the latest Netflix documentary or Love Island and having a laugh. A pub quiz or spontaneous takeaway we love too! A lot of us are into the gym too and are always happy to tag up as gym buddies.

We also enjoy a cheeky houseparty or night out together (karaoke anyone?)🥂🕺.

Alongside spending time together, we still have our own social circles, hobbies and clubs going on outside of the house. It’s a very relaxed, chill atmosphere here and we are hoping to find someone who will enjoy that house dynamic!

About the house:
We live in a modern house with a HUGE open plan kitchen/living room. This opens up onto our garden which has a great deck and BBQ. Perfect for summer BBQ’s and drinks!

10 minute walk from Tooting Station (Thameslink).
20 minute bus into Wimbledon

Loads of food shops (Lidl, Aldo, Sainsbury’s, M&S) and retail parks in a short distance. All you could need within 10 minutes of the house!
