57 Kenlor is a 3bed 1bath house with fully furnished living room, kitchen and bathroom, with additional appliances bought by us, including TV, kettle, toaster, etc.

The spare room is a double bed room, with wardrobe, desk and chair. Shared living spares include: large bathroom with shower, bath, toilet, sink and storage (overhead cupboards and small cabinet); living room with dining table, shelves, mirror, hooks, and sofa; kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine, ovens, lots of storage, and window overlooking the shared garden/patio.

The property is on a close off the main road, 3 min walk from St George's Hospital and University, and 10-15 min walk to either Tooting Broadway or Colliers Wood Station.

The property currently has 2 female medical student tenants from St George's University and we are looking for another student to join us! We are aged between 20-22, and are happy to welcome any student aged 18-25 of any gender. We are very friendly and would love to get to hang out with our new tenant. We just moved in a few weeks ago so please forgive the lack of decorations!
