I’m moving out of my amazing house and moving in with my partner so looking for someone to take over the available room and the lease from the 22nd August.
The room is so nice, it’s a fully furnished room and faces the garden so lovely and bright!
The house is in such a good location, 15 minutes from Tooting Broadway station and 10 minutes from Earlsfield train station and close to pubs and corner shops so it’s well connected.
The girls are genuinely so lovely and I’m going to miss them so much!! You’ll be sharing with 3 girls and they are so easy-going. We all love hanging out with each other, watching reality TV and having a gossip but everyone is also super busy so in and out the house at different times :)
Here are some of the details-
The deposit is: £775
Rent is: £837.50 and gets paid to one of the girls who pays the lump sum every month.
Bills usually come to around £90-100 depending on the season as winter can be a little more.
