This one is very light with a huge bay window and two further sash windows. It is part-furnished with double bed, wardrobe, table, and compact kitchen. Shower rooms and toilets are shared, as are the washing machines.
It looks over a secluded front garden which you have the use of.
The house is very close to numerous buses going in all directions (5 minutes to Clapham Junction). It is also 5 minutes’ walk to Southside Shopping Centre, the cinema, Sainsbury and Waitrose and less than 10 minutes’ walk to Wandsworth Town station.

The rent is £1045 per calendar month and includes council tax, hot water, central heating (programmed to be on for certain fixed times during the day). There is shared Wifi available although this is not a guaranteed service.
Electricity is paid by you quarterly. The cost is approximately £3 per week depending on usage.
