Looking for a Housemate
I’m looking for a friendly and sociable housemate to move into a spacious, fully furnished room in a great location, just a 7-minute walk from East Putney with easy access to central London.
The room comes furnished with:
● Large wardrobe
● Ottoman bed with plenty of storage
● Desk and chair
● Bedside tables and lamps
● Chest of drawers
Costs:
● Rent: £1,000 per month
● Bills: approximately £150 per month each
● Fortnightly cleaner included
You’ll be sharing with me. I love to cook and host dinner parties, so it would be great to find someone who enjoys good food and is looking for a friendly, social home rather than just a place to stay.
