We are looking for a new housemate to join the Highbank 2 crew as sadly (but also happily!) one of our current team is shortly moving into his own place. The room and property is ideal for a working professional who will appreciate the incredible communal spaces, wants very quick access into central London but at the same time appreciates the community feel of Earlsfield at the affordable price point on offer here.

The 1st floor room is available from March 2026 and comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bed-side table and chest of drawers. It is also located next to the main family bathroom.

You’ll be sharing the rest of the fantastic property with three lovely working professionals aged 29-35 who enjoy staying fit, movie nights (in the epic home cinema!), cooking and outdoor activities. The generous communal spaces offer:
