Semi self-contained flat with Large double bedroom, and a living/dining area in the adjacent wheelhouse.

It is onboard a historic Dutch barge on one of the most exclusive moorings in London. The mooring is located right next to Wandsworth Park.

You will also have an exclusive use of your own toilet and shower rooms.

Only shared areas are the kitchen, and the way into the boat. These areas are shared with a couple living ar the other end of the boat.

Included in the rent is a free use of a gym and a swimming pool.

It is a truly unique opportunity to experience life on a sailing clipper berthed in a fabulous Thames mooring. There is easy access to the city - Uber Boat all points east is a 1 minute walk away whilst the mooring itself is in Zone 2, close to Putney Bridge Station and Chelsea & Fulham bus routes one way and Wimbledon Common and Putney Heath the other.

The accommodation on offer is a double room with its own dining room/office and an attached shower and toilet solely for your use.

Shared facilities with the boat owners comprise of a spacious kitchen with dish washer, washing machine, hob, oven, microwave and air fryer. As well as a shared stairwell. Also included is access to a small private gym and a fantastic heated swimming pool.

You really do need to see the space to appreciate its charm and privacy but attached photos will give you a feel for what’s on offer.

Please note boat owners have 2 friendly dogs as part of the crew.
