I am currently looking for a flatmate to rent this room. This being a small room, it is ideal for professionals who don’t have to work from home and are looking at saving a bit of money as the price is an absolute bargain considering current house share hunt in London and the lovely area we are in!

The room is provided with a single bed and a set of draws. However, other furniture can be requested my the property if needed.

The flat has a spacious living room/ bathroom/ kitchen, which has all been recently repainted.

We are looking for someone of similar age who is chilled and easy to get on with. We respect each other spaces and keep it chilled in the flat. The room is perfect for someone who does not work remotely and does not have to spend too much time in.

Not a party house and very chilled , respectful of each other spaces.

The location of the flat is great. 10 minute walk to Wandsworth town station and Earlsfield station. A 1 minute walk to the bus stop for Tooting Broadway (15 minutes on bus) and busses towards Putney (15 min) and Victoria (30ish mins). Literally a five minute walk into Wandsworth which is full of gyms, pubs, restaurants and also has a big shopping centre. From here there is a co-op express, Tesco express and a big Sainsbury all walking distance!

Ideally looking at sorting everything out with the landlord by mid of June!
