Spacious Double Room in Earlsfield

Hey there!

I'm moving back home in a month and I'm looking for someone to take over my lovely double room in Earlsfield. The room comes furnished with a double bed, two wardrobes and a night stand. I'm also happy to leave my desk and stack of shelves, if needed! It has a big window and faces South, so the room gets a lot of light during the day.

(We’re open to both short and long term lets at the moment, so please do check with me what your preferences are)

This room is on the first floor of the flat with the living room, kitchen and one of the toilets, which you would mainly have for yourself (please note I haven't attached any pictures of the top floor as there are only my flatmates' rooms).

Council Tax Band C

The flat is a 10–15 min walk to Earlsfield train station, with links to Clapham Junction and Waterloo, as well as easy access to Wimbledon, Richmond, Twickenham, etc. There is also a bus stop in front of the flat with buses going towards Putney, Battersea and Victoria.

It is also a 10 min walk to Southside Shopping Centre, which has Lidl inside and a big Sainsbury's in front of it. Less than 5 min walk to a park down the road and a canal. The area is really lovely and quiet, with pubs and different new restaurants that have been opening over the last few months.

I share the flat with two amazing women in their mid 20s. We like to hang out every now and then for things like going for a walk, having a drink, cooking together or just sitting down and talk. Looking for someone that can match this balance :)

Please note that our landlord asks for a reference check, in order to pass it you MUST:

- Be full-time employed
- Have no debt history
- Be able to provide past landlord references

IMPORTANT: the actual deposit is £1134 but Spare Room doesn’t let me change it
