Small double room with two friendly fellas

Im moving out of this homely, comfortable two floor maisonette flat. Its around a 10 minute walk to Clapham Junction, and even less to Northcote Road or Wandsworth Common. Easy access to rail, overground and buses. Plenty of gyms, supermarkets, bars and restaurants in the area and not far from Southside shopping centre.

I’ve been here for around a year and a half and thoroughly enjoyed my time with Sean and Henry, but im moving in with a friend so will sadly be leaving them. They are both lovely and up for a laugh, they enjoy a wee pub trip to Churchills or an evening watching football (they can also be swayed into watching love is blind). Equally they have their own stuff going on so respect time alone.

£600 rent, £110 for bills, Wandsworth council tax band D. Sean is on it with all bills and house admin, and loves a bulk order so theres always enough cleaning products and toilet roll. Which means no admin for you just the monthly payment to make.

Henry is moving into my old room so his will become available. The room is fully furnished as shown in the photos. Its also at the back of the house so its really quiet and gets a good green view. Has its own wardrobe and comes with additional storage space in the hallway.

Shared living room with large sliding doors out into a communal garden, perfect space for a BBQ, Sean does dabble with this at times. Tv has all the streaming you could need. Kitchen with lots of storage, air fryer, electric hob/oven and a newly replaced washing machine. Communal bathroom upstairs with bath/shower and another toilet downstairs. The house isn’t the most modern in some parts but the housemates and location really make it worth it.
