Looking for a flatmate to join us in our two-bedroom flat, near Clapham Junction, just off St John’s Hill. You will have sole access to the property on weekends as we will be living in the property during the week, and vacating on weekends.

As the incoming tenant you will be responsible for 50% of utility bills, which includes water, council tax, electricity, tv license, WiFi and Netflix. This is approximately £160 a month.

The fully furnished room includes a king size ottoman bed, with under bed storage, along with a desk and 2 floor to ceiling wardrobes.

Spacious living room and kitchen. There is a communal garden outdoors as well as a bike shed and car parking space, should you require.

We are looking for a professional to join us, the room is available until Feb 2027, but there is a potential to extend further.

Well situated for commuting - 8 min walk to Wandsworth town station, 12 min to Clapham Junction, and 1 minute walk from Wandsworth common. Great location for socialising on St John’s Hill, where there are lots of lovely bars, restaurants and coffee shops.

About us: We are a couple, both professionals working within the City and West London. We are easy going and sociable people looking for a positive and respectful housemate to join us. We both work at the office during the week and occasionally from home.
