The apartment is on a quiet residential street in a lovely area, within easy walking distance of Southfields Underground Station (District Line), with great connections into the city.

You would be sharing with a young professional who works away during the week, meaning you’ll generally have the entire apartment to yourself Monday–Friday. I also travel for work regularly, sometimes for several weeks at a time, so this would be ideal for someone who enjoys having their own space while still having the benefits of a shared home.

The apartment is bright, comfortable and very well looked after, with a relaxed and homely feel.

A Little About Me

I work in a busy role with fairly long hours, which also involves travelling quite a lot for work — sometimes for a few days and occasionally for several weeks at a time.

When I am home, I really enjoy making the most of my downtime. I’m sociable and love catching up with friends, going out for dinner or drinks, but I equally really value coming home to a calm, comfortable space and having time to unwind.

I have a lovely little weekend routine when I’m home and like the apartment to feel relaxed and homely. I’m clean and tidy and take pride in looking after the place and making it feel like a proper home rather than just somewhere to stay.

I’d love to share with someone who has a similar outlook — friendly and easy-going, happy to have a chat, while also being independent and respectful of each other’s space and downtime.

With my work schedule and travel, you’ll often have plenty of time with the apartment to yourself, so I’m looking for someone I can trust to enjoy and look after the space.
