Bright & Cozy room in a spacious flatshare

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our bright and spacious two-floor flat in London, located just 15 minutes by bus from Putney! The available room is a small, single bedroom, furnished with a bed, desk, chair, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. While it’s compact, it gets beautiful natural light throughout the day (especially at sunrise) and has plenty of potential to feel cozy and inviting with a bit of your own personal touch.

The flat itself is spacious and well laid out. It features a large living room with a blank wall that would be perfect for a film projector, making it an ideal space for movie nights. There is also a big balcony connected to the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of room for cooking. There is one separate toilet as well as a shared bathroom with a bathtub.

The flat is in a fantastic area surrounded by greenery, with Putney Heath and Wimbledon & Putney Commons right next to us.. The nearest station is Southfields on the District Line, which is just a 12–15 minute walk away. There is also a bus stop 2 minutes from the flat, with routes to Putney, or other bus stops which are 5 minutes from the flat to Richmond and Wimbledon. For convenience, a corner shop is just a five-minute walk away, and Putney has all the shops and amenities you might need.

We are hoping to find a tidy and respectful flatmate, preferably female, who is either a student or a working professional. If you enjoy music, cooking, movie nights, and exploring London’s pubs and restaurants, while also valuing some quiet downtime, you could be a great fit for our flat.

The rent is affordable, but please note that electricity and gas bills, WiFi, and council tax are not included.
