Double room available in SW19!

Moving to Australia come September so looking for someone to take over my room and sign our new contract!

The contract runs from 9th September with preference to move in a few weeks early from mid August. The rent is £925 per month and bills come to approx £120.

About the house:
📍 Great location with a 5 min walk to Morden tube station for the Northern Line (also 5 mins from a tram stop making it super easy to get into Wimbledon for the District line etc.)

🛏️ Spacious double room with a large bay window which has loads of space - big triple wardrobe and chest of drawers included! The house is three stories with my room on the 1st floor. Each floor has a bathroom (3 in total) with each one on the upper floors shared between 2 people.

💰 Bills come to approx £120 a month

🏡 We have a garden, parking and a spare room! We use this mainly for storage and for people to stay over, but could also fit a desk etc. for any wfh girls.
