Hello!
I am moving out of this beautiful flat in SW19 and looking for someone to replace me in the tenancy.

It's a spacious double room at the top of this 2-floor 3-bed house, which has a shared living room (with a sofa bed), a kitchen, 2 bathrooms (1 full bathroom, 1 toilet room), garden and parking space if that's of interest to you.

Double room comes furnished with bed, wardrobe, 6-chest drawers and Ikea's 4-square-chest drawer (as seen in the pictures).

House is in a quiet area, 10min walk from Colliers Wood (Nothern Line), 10min walk from Haydons Road (Thames Link) and a bus away from Wimbledon (District Line, Railway). Sainsury's, Off License, Pharmacy and a local Pub 2min walk away.

Current flatmates are really chill and friendly, the landlord is really helpful and he only requires you can prove enough earnings and/or a guarantor if you are a student.

Bills not included, they account to 90-150£ a month depending on the time of year. Free from the 1st of September, but can discuss flexibility.
