Wimbledon SW19 bright double room with a private bathroom in 2-bed flat to share with 1 other flatmate. You’ll be sharing the entire flat with just one guy, who is a 32 year old working professional.

The flat is on the second floor with a lovely open outlook over large green spaces. It has a spacious shared living room, floor-to-ceiling windows, good storage, lift access and parking. Wimbledon Station is around 13–15 minutes’ walk, or around 4 minutes by bus, with a bus stop directly outside the building.

My flatmate is going to move out due to a change in work circumstances.
I am looking for another working professional who is clean, considerate and easy to live with. The flat is generally quiet and relaxed, and we like to keep the shared areas tidy after use.

Rent: £1,050pcm
Bills and council tax: approx. £150-200 per person per month
