You will be sharing with one other friendly professional, aged 46, who presently works for a charity. It is a three bedroom maisonette but myself and my former flatmate have the flat arranged to have a bedroom and a living room each, whilst sharing a kitchen and bathroom. The two rooms offered (as are the kitchen and bathroom) are located on the 1st floor which is the middle floor of the building.

My current flatmate has moved out already and so I am looking for a new flatmate (or two).

Ideally, I think it would best suit another single professional or a professional couple who would like a decent sized amount of living and storage space or possibly two other sharers. People who aren't necessarily looking for a party house, maybe need their own space but can still find time to socialise every now and then with their housemate so as not to be complete hermits!

I have no stipulations about whom my potential housemate(s) are or what they do for a living provided that they can pay their rent and just as importantly - engage in conversation/interaction more frequently than if they were my neighbour five doors down!

As for me? I have lots of wide ranging interests - Books, Cinema, Gigs, Art, Music, Events, even the odd glass of wine!
I work to live and at the moment I am working for a charity but have worked extensively across lots of interesting parts of the civil service, played in a few bands and even run my own record label. I like a great variety of different things across a wide spectrum of interests.

The price is £1250 a month inclusive of all bills (gas, electric, water, internet, council tax, were a couple to move in it would probably be about £1400 a month)

BEDROOM 1 - 14'2 x 14'2 - unfurnished

BEDROOM 2 - 12’7 x 8’ has a built-in wardrobe but is otherwise unfurnished.

SHARED ROOMS:-

DINING ROOM/KITCHEN 13'9" x 9'8" - comes with white goods, dining room table and chairs.

BATHROOM - bath/shower, toilet, sink, cabinets

We rent through an agency. The fees are a further months deposit on top of your first months rent.

- 5-10 mins by bus to Tooting Railway for THAMESLINK
- Near to Merton Abbey Mills/Sainsburys/24 Hour Tesco garages/Costa, other cafes and restaurants, take away services
