I’m looking for a friendly flatmate to share my beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat in a quiet residential corner of Belgravia.

• Prime Spot: 1-minute walk to Victoria Station, yet very peaceful.
• Food Heaven: Waitrose, Bayley & Sage, and Parson’s Nose are just around the corner.
• Perks: On-site porter (the lovely Yvette), a lift, and a rooftop garden for sunny days! ☀️
• Style: The flat is filled with unique furniture and art from my travels, I'm looking for someone who will appreciate and treat the home with care.

📋Costs & Logistics
• Move-in: Very flexible (I’m currently with family nearby).
• Bills: Approx. £150 pcm (gas/elec/etc).
• Westminster Bonus: We enjoy incredibly low Council Tax here! 💸

I’m a 28-year-old Production Engineer working in Holborn (Mon–Fri). I’m originally from South Korea but have lived across Europe and Asia.
I’m social and enjoy a shared meal, a film, or a game of Nintendo Switch tennis or real tennis but I truly value a peaceful home and respect everyone's privacy.
