Master Bedroom in Pimlico

Hello! My current flatmate is moving out to pursue a job opportunity, so I am looking for someone to fill the master bedroom in our unit. We share a spacious 2-bedroom 1-bath flat in Pimlico.

We are in the basement unit of a lovely historic building and have a great relationship with our property management team.

The room itself includes a double bed, a wardrobe, and a desk area. The rest of the flat has all the essentials, including a washer and dishwasher.

Our flat is a 10-minute walk to Victoria Station and a 15-minute walk to Pimlico Station. We are also the only unit allowed to access the private patio/courtyard attached to our building—a special treat in Central London.

There is currently some exterior construction occurring on the front of the building, but it should be completed in a couple of weeks. Yay, new windows!

Bills are not included in the rent, so we would split electric/gas, wifi, water, and council tax (Band E).
