Looking for 1 more housemate! Cutest house (28+)

Looking for a chilled/ fun housemate to join my lovely housemate and I in my house! We are both very relaxed, love hosting but also very on it with work etc. and keen to find someone with the same vibe.

It is a very cute cottage-esque corner house, with a lovely garden. You would have use of the full house - the two rooms to rent are at the top of the house (there is a basement floor with my room, then kitchen and living room open plan on the ground floor and the two rooms to rent upstairs with 1 bathroom to share between 2, but also a guest loo downstairs you can use). The length of stay is pretty flexible - either short-term or long-term. I am 31 and run an educational company with my sister. I work from home sometimes and happy for anyone else to too! The other housemate, Lizzie, is the best housemate of all time (28). Looking for either a guy or a girl to join us - we had a guy before :)

The room is fully furnished with a double bed and chest of drawers. There is also a large cupboard you can use.

The location of the house is amazing - it is off Pimlico road opposite a church, 10 min walk to Victoria or 5 min to Sloane Square. Next to Hagen Coffee which is delish!
