The room looks out on to the back of the building so, whilst it is not a green view, there is no road and no cars going directly past, making it quieter. It is also a long way from the kitchen and living room so less affected by noise compared to most flats making it a very popular room.

According to statistics, 90% of London flats that are rented out DO NOT have a lounge, just a bedroom. We are part of the 10%! It is times like this that having a comfortable living room with a TV, seating and a dining table is really appreciated. This is a flatshare and, apart from the lounge (18’ 6” x 11’ 11” / 5.63 x 3.64m), we share the kitchen, luxury bathroom and cloakroom. The flat is a good size (the hall is 80ft/24.3m long) and the local amenities are excellent! The Queen lives across the road so the neighbours are nice too!

We are just a few steps from hundreds of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, gyms (Fitness First and LA Fitness are 2 mins walk), cafes, theatres, Cardinal Place, Victoria Place Shopping Centre and the amazing new 'Nova Victoria' development. (London's new Restaurant Quarter) Lovely St. James's Park is just 2 minutes' walk away and the river is just beyond the park. Marks & Spencer and Waitrose are a few minutes away with a Sainsbury Market 10 mins walk away.

We are looking for one nice, easy-going, considerate professional in full-time employment to share with 2 other professionals: 2 females, British. (one has spent many years in the USA) In the past, most flatmates have worked in finance but the current flatmates work in upmarket retail and a luxury hotel. (Important: We work long hours so, although we are sociable, no party animals please! We really need our sleep! Sorry, our lease does not allow students, self-employed or couples.

Area: VICTORIA / WESTMINSTER / SW1

Tube stations: VICTORIA & ST. JAMES'S PARK STATIONS WITHIN 3-5 MINS WALK + BUSES/TAXIS/COACHES/EXPRESS TRAINS TO GATWICK AIRPORT and beyond.

There is also a Santander CYCLE HIRE DOCKING STATION (bike rental stand) in the road behind our building so you can also rent a bike. Santander have 750 docking stations in London! Or, if you have a bike already, there are outdoor bike stands in the same place. It really is an excellent and convenient location!

Our Council Tax is one of the lowest in the UK @ only £39.50 each per month.

Our water rates are also much lower than most and are fixed @ only £11.50 each per month.

Gas /electricity combined, depending on usage, is about £48 in the summer and £67 in the winter per person per month.
