Are you a professional with a permanent address elsewhere in the UK, who just needs a Monday to Friday room (rather than a house share) to chill after a day out at work?

I'm a busy artist and writer in my sixties able to offer you a peaceful, sunny room & adjacent bathroom at the top of my house. This is in a quiet mews bordering on leafy Brockwell Park.

From here, its an easy commute to the City, West End and most parts of London, via buses, Brixton tube or mainline stations at Herne Hill and Tulse Hill, serving City Thameslink.

After a busy day out at work, people say they value the peace and quiet here to relax. The local area offers all the shops and other amenities of Brixton and Herne Hill, plus leafy Brockwell Park on the doorstep, where you can run, swim at the lido, visit the gym or just enjoy a walk to wind-down.

Rent (which may be negotiable according to your needs) includes all bills, broadband etc. As well as a comfortable double bed, the room has a desk and also its own convenient fridge, kettle and microwave etc tucked away. There is also access to a washing machine in the downstairs kitchen.

£115pw all bills included + £400 deposit.
