You will be joining myself, my teenage son, one other lodger (female) and two cats. We live in a large Victorian end-of-terrace on a quiet street. You will be sharing a small kitchen and stylish bathroom with the other lodger on the top floor, so it has a ‘self-contained’ feel. This let is ideal for someone who is quiet and hardworking and is looking for a peaceful, private space to recharge batteries.

We are moments away from a busy transport hub on Brixton Hill with buses to all parts of central London and the city, and we are a 10-minute walk to Brixton tube and rail. We have all kinds of restaurants, shops and takeaways close by, or there’s Brixton Village down the hill if you want a more vibrantly sociable experience. If you haven’t lived in Brixton before, you haven’t really lived in London! As well as shops, restaurants, cafes and bars we also have nightclubs, two major music venues, food markets, vintage markets, two gyms, Brockwell Park, Ritzy cinema, sports centre, ice rink, library, tennis courts, 1930s lido.... I’ve probably left loads of things out but that’s just for starters.
