Beautiful en-suite Room overlooking Brockwell Park

Hi,

I am Patricia .and I have a lovely en-suite room available for renting.

BEDROOM
Its a large double room that comes completely furnished with a king size bed overlooking the beautiful Brockwell Park!

There’s a half bathroom on the ground floor.

Someone comes in twice per month to clean the communal areas, but it is expected that we will clean and look after ourselves.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a tidy, friendly, preferably professional person.

ABOUT THE HOUSE AND HOUSEHOLD
it’s a peaceful, clean and quiet household, with four bedrooms and very spacious with a full living room, big kitchen and conservatory. It offers privacy and comfort for every one. There is an amazing airy back garden complete with lounge chairs and a gazebo IDEAL FOR SUMMER BARBECUES.

There are one lodger and the landlord living at the property. The lodger is 32 and a young professional male.

Currently I am a live in Landlord who loves to travel and is often abroad for a few months during the year. I am a friendly, easing going and non intrusive individual.

LOCATION
Brockwell Park has all the amenities for your running and coffee needs, there is a Tesco 5 minutes walk away, a big Sainsbury’s a 10mins walk away, coffee shops, nail salon, convenience stores, a great Indian take away as well as a few high quality restaurants real close. Brockwell gate is a gated development, quiet and a family scene, with the upside that central Brixton is right on your doorstep.

TRANSPORT
bus stop with line 415, 2, and 432 is literally crossing the street, you can either take any to Brixton station for the Victoria line, or if walking is your fancy it’s a 15min walk to Brixton station, around 15 min walk to Herne Hill overground, or a 20 min walk to Tulse Hill overground.

There is also a dedicated parking.
