Current tenants are
professionals aged between 30-50. They are very friendly and will engage with conversations and together time over a meal and a glass of wine in the kitchen/diner or on the roof terrace, but as they have busy jobs, alone, quiet time is also appreciated.
New tenants with similar lifestyles welcome. ( That doesn't mean music etc is forbidden, just at respectable levels being mindful of your housemates and neighbours.)

The location is very good with good bus, tube and train links to the City, West end, Victoria, Brixton, Clapham Common, Streatham, Croydon, Crystal Palace, Kingston.

There are plenty of local grocery shops, food shops and 2 good pubs at the end of the road.

Bills are not included in rent. Bills will average at £170 per month, this will be discussed with the current tenants.
