Chilled Live-in Landlord - 1 SpareRoom

General - 1st floor, homely, 2 bedroom flat (On a quite street).. Which has recently had some renovations to the bathroom & kitchen, plus I've just had new carpets fitted. The property is situated between Brixton Hill and Clapham South (the station being around a 15 walk away).

In one form or another I’ve been in shared homes, most of my adult life, so I'm very used to living with people as equals. I strive for a warm and friendly home environment with my flatmates.

I work from home up to three days a week,.
Outside of the house, I'm usually either training for a race, at Spanish language classes or seeing family and friends.

I'm currently looking for someone for midweek lets, offering the room for up to four days a week, Monday to Friday, though I'm also flexible for midterm, fulltime arrangements.
