This lovely garden flat would appeal to someone with an interest in gardening who also enjoys pottering in an outdoor space.
Although the flat is perfectly sized to have your own space and private time, ideally working from home should be minimal as there is no formal office space.
I would prefer to share with someone who is not a home-based worker but an individual who goes out to work perhaps a fellow arts professional or academic for example. However, the bedroom is large and can accommodate minimal remote working. Any substantial WFH would also need to be reflected in the percentage of power bills paid by that tenant.
My job dictates that I work varied and sometimes very long hours and shifts including evenings and weekends. Therefore, a good nights rest and to come home to a relaxed peaceful space is very important to me.
In my free time, amongst my other interests, are visiting art galleries, cinema, gardening , music travel and walking. I also like to go out and socialise with friends.
I am friendly, conscientious, quiet , easy going and respectful of both privacy and the flat.
I am looking for the same in a flat mate. Someone who would want to take equal responsibility for keeping the flat clean, tidy and maintained and will also take their part in helping to look after the garden.
