Double Room in Top-Floor Flat, Brixton/Herne Hill

Looking for someone to take over a spacious double room in top-floor flat in Brixton/Herne Hill. The flat is in a cracking area, backing onto Brockwell Park and just a 15 min walk to both Brixton tube station and Herne Hill. The flat has the perfect balance of being close to bars/restaurants in Brixton, while being far enough away that it’s a peaceful place to live. Herne Hill is also great and close by .

My current flatmate is moving abroad for work. Our landlords are private landlords and very accommodating/responsive.

About Me:
You’d be living with me – a 30 year old originally from Scotland and currently working for the Civil Service. I’m easygoing and looking for a flatmate who’s sociable, clean, and respectful of the flat. As flatmates currently, we’re good friends and enjoy a balance of having separate social lives while also being happy to head to the pub/watch tv if we are both around at the same time - which I’d ideally like to replicate with a new flatmate. I wfh once or twice a week, as my room is slightly bigger, my current flatmate works from a desk in the living room.
