We've got a furnished double room available in our quiet, friendly house share in SW2, just a few minutes' walk from both Streatham Hill and Tulse Hill stations.
The room comes with a double bed and has an inbuilt large wardrobe.
Shared kitchen (microwave, washing machine etc...), and a lovely garden out back, great for a coffee on a sunny morning.
Bills and broadband are all included in the rent.
We keep things relaxed and respectful, it's a calm household where everyone can properly unwind after work. We're looking for someone similar: easy going, considerate, and non smoking (non vaping).
