We are young (ish) professionals aged 30-32 looking to find a great housemate to take over the third bedroom, as one of our housemates is moving into their own place.

Our ideal new housemate would be a professional of a similar age who is active and social but is also keen to chill at home. As a house we do a mixture of working from home and in the office, love bingeing Netflix shows and a spontaneous trip to the pub.

The room available is an upstairs double over two rooms with an ensuite and the current tenancy runs until August 2027. The house has open plan kitchen / living / dining room area and outdoor storage for bikes.

The house is on a quiet road between Brixton (15 mins), Clapham North (15 mins) and not far from Clapham High Street (15 min walk).

We already have gas, electricity, TV, broadband and council tax set up. These come in at around £175ish a month. The deposit is £1,350 approx
