Room in Brixton Hill

Hi there,

We are looking for a new friend to join us in our three bedroom house in Brixton Hill, right next to Brockwell Park.
It's a spacious and light-filled double room, overlooking the garden. The kitchen and bathroom have just been renovated so it feels like a brand new house! We are lucky to share a beautiful dining room which opens out into the garden, cosy living room with bay windows that soak up the afternoon sun and have a small study which functions as a guest room, although no one has stayed there yet. There is only one bathroom but it's never been a problem.

You'd be living with two girls in their 30s.
Tessa is an active vegan who loves football, running, yoga, plants and creative pursuits with friends.
Salma is a quiet creative who enjoys writing from home, watching films, gardening and being cultured.
We both like having time to recharge at home and do our own thing, but still enjoy a walk around the park together or chat in the kitchen. Vegetarian or vegan preferred for Tessa, but open to anyone who can be considerate of this.

We are not in a rush to fill the space, but happy to wait for the right fit. Do reach out to us if you'd be interested in a video viewing, which is mandatory prior to physical visits being offered.
